How to Use, Foreo Bear 2
In my opinion, this is the most simple and convenient device I have ever used and a treatment is only 3 minutes long, which is the advised daily usage.
1. CLEANSE. Start with a clean, dry face. Remove any makeup and impurities to ensure the microcurrents can penetrate effectively.
2. APPLY SERUM. Use the Foreo conductive serum to enhance the conductivity of the microcurrents. Foreo offers a really great serum specially designed for use with the Bear 2, but any water-based serum will work but this ensures the device glides smoothly over the skin.
3. TURN ON. Press the power button to turn on the Bear 2. Select your desired intensity level or Connect to the Foreo App and choose a routine, and this will automatically set all of the settings for you!
4. GLIDE! Gently glide the Bear 2 over your face in upward motions, focusing on areas that need extra attention, such as the jawline, cheeks, and forehead. Each session should last around 3 minutes.
5. SKINCARE ROUTINE. Complete your routine with all your usual skincare.

My Real Results ...
Having just turned 44, I still have not yet succumbed to any injectables. I know I don't look my age and my skin has always been good and for that I am grateful, but it is not without hard work and dedication to a good skincare routine, good products and always wearing sunscreen daily! Not to say I won't ever venture down that route, but I do feel that these alternative treatments are now becoming even more popular with those who do have regular Botox and filler injections.
In all honesty, I have never found any device to be this effortless and enjoyable to use and give visible instant results. I think the key is time; the shorter a treatment is, the more consistent you will be, hence why this works. The device really has been well designed because it's possible for anyone to be able to slot this into their daily routine whether that be in the morning or the evening I feel like everyone has got 3 minutes.
I think the App is genius and so very well designed, especially the way it connects up and makes usage even more effortless. I think a lot more brands need to follow suit when it comes to their own apps, as this is the only one I found myself using when it comes to a skincare brand.

Even after just a few uses, I saw very noticeable, lifted results in my skin and then after 1-2 weeks it just kept getting better and better. It felt smoother, brighter, more toned, and definitely more firmer around my jaw area. Part of me did question whether this was psychological, but this truly works!!
Skinvestment; it is a spend but not really when you think how much salon treatments cost versus having a device that you can use at home whenever you want to. I honestly think it's a wise spend if you are really looking to lift and tone your skin. You just have to be consistent with your usage to get the results that you will want to see, but this is a simple task with no hidden extras.
