What happens when a luxury beauty box joins forces with a very famous skincare brand? This month's box is what! This September, Mintd Box have collaborated with one of my personal favourite skincare brands, OSKIA London both of who could not be anymore perfectly matched and are set to take this beauty month by storm.
As someone who works alongside Mintd Box to independently review each of their boxes, I of course get to know what the next month holds a little in advance and as soon as I heard that this collab was happening, I just knew it would be a hit without even seeing the contents. 1. OSKIA Renaissance Cleansing Gel, 100ml (Full Size £31) (link here!)
This beauty is a cult classic Cleansing Gel that is totally unique with it's gel-balm formulation containing a potent blend of Vitamins A, C, B2 and E, Pumpkin Eyzyme, Starflower Oil and Magnesium (to name a few!) all designed to strengthen, brighten and revitalise your skin whilst getting rid of dirt and grime. It is also an amazing anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory that helps to protect and repair delicate skins making this 100% suitable for all skin types.
I can only explain this as a cleanser of dreams. I have used and purchased this cleanser many times over because once you try it, you are hooked. It is one of these cleansers that makes you fall in love with cleansing so when I saw that a full size was going to be a part of the line up, my month was made - as I had run out. If you have never tried OSKIA then this is a good place to start as you shall surely get results that you never thought possible from a cleanser alone. The first thing you shall appreciate about this cleanser is the amazing texture of this pink coloured gel-balm alongside it's Rose and Chamomile scent which reminds me of Turkish delight, it is just incredible. The gel melts to form an oil before transforming further into a milk once water is added. It cleanses, brightens, soothes and ultimately awakens your skin to give it life and vitality, yet is so easy to use!
The Cleansing Gel is actually a partner to Oskia's award winning Renaissance mask of which you get a deluxe size to try in this box! The cleanser is also very travel friendly so you don't have to be without it when your away from home, yay! Both the Renaissance Cleanser and Renaissance Mask are two of my all time favourite products from OSKIA and are ones that I fully urge you to try as they both live up to every good word ever spoken or written about them.

The Super 16 is a potent collagen serum ideal for all skin types containing a blend of 16 super nutrients and bio-actives to target multiple signs of ageing. It uses an ingredient called Bakuchiol derived from Indian Babchi seeds which is nature's equivalent to Retinol, renowned for it's ability to un-do and prevent signs of ageing, making this serum a prevention and a cure all in one. This is best loved for it's ability to minimise the loss of collagen and elastin in our skin as well as offering protection against UV damage. It also contains that ingredient that we all love, Hyaluronic acid enabling us to attract and retain moisture as well as Vitamins C and E to add free-radical defence.
How can you not be sold by that rundown? This is the reason why Super 16 has been on my personal wish list for sometime now. I have always looked after my skin seeing as skincare was a big part of my career but I am now at that age where I am closer to my 40's than my 30's and it worries me. In fact I am freaking out as I have been so lucky with my skin that I think, what if that all changes? So it is products like this really get me excited as I feel it has some work to do now.
Obviously serums take more than just a few applications to see true results but on first impression it sure does feel lovely being not too heavy, or sticky yet enough to feel instantly hydrated which in turn makes my skin look healthy and radiant. I shall endeavour to keep you posted on my progress but so far I am really enjoying using this one as I am a serum addict. It has the same beautiful rose petal scent that the Renaissance line has so it really does feel like you are soaking your skin in a rose petal bath and feels so cooling and comforting. I love the fact that it works like a Retinol (Vitamin A) just without any of the side effects as I think this is something that many of us have been searching for, especially sensitive skins. It is a bit of a spend being £85 which is what makes this Mintd box such incredible value so I would whole heartedly recommend buying it in this way should you be interested in trying the serum out.
Just the Renaissance Cleanser and Super 16 Serum alone make this box worth the buy but as a bonus, you also get three deluxe sizes to introduce some of OSKIA's other skincare gems!

This luxurious facial oil addresses nearly every skin concern in one, being hydrating, rebalancing and radiance boosting using a blend of nutrients, floral oils and extracts to replenish skins vitality. It is scented by Moroccan Rose, Geranium, Sweet Orange, Lavender and English Chamomile all of which make you feel like your sat in a spa somewhere exotic.
This is a very generous deluxe size oil that will last a good amount of time seeing as you only need to use a few drops on your skin day/night. I love aromatherapy and facials oils as they are so beneficial to your skin and your senses and this really helped to give a sense of calm and comfort. I personally tend to use oils at night being a normal/combination skin type but I have to say that this one really absorbs well and leaves minimal residue which is a great plus point for my skin. They do say that it makes a great base for make-up and I tend to agree and drier skins will most certainly appreciate this under make-up! This travel size this is going straight into my travel essentials bag as I would never be without a good facial oil in my stocks whenever I am away from home.

4. OSKIA Renaissance Mask Mini (Deluxe Size £13) (link here!)
The Renaissance Mask is another cult classic being a super luxurious buttery soft, rose scented mask designed to increase cell turnover, boost radiance and reduce the appearance of lines, wrinkles and imperfections. It uses natural fruit acids such as Passionfruit and Papaya to loosen bonds in the upper layers of skin to then resurface the skin, making it look brighter and clearer.
This is a Chanel of the mask world, i.e. a classic that shall have you hooked. The scent, the texture, the results, I just love everything about this mask. This was actually featured full-sized in the July Treatd box, so if you got that box then well done and you shall appreciate every good word that I have to say about it. This is virtually a mask version of the Cleanser and could not be any easier to use. You apply a thin layer to clean skin and then massage until it turns from peach to white; leave for 10-15 minutes then rinse with warm water; that is it. If you do this once or twice a week then you shall most definitely start to see a big change in your skin. From the many masks that I own, I tend to choose this particular one when my skin looks dull and needs a good exfoliation yet I want something that's gentle and non fussy. Each time I use this mask my skin looks brighter, radiant and feels as smooth as silk. Resurfacing masks can sometimes be too much for some skins so this has that advantage of being gentle and hydrating which is what makes this one so popular. The deluxe size is the perfect way to get familiar with it and if you do own it already then keep this pot for travels as you can refill from your large glass jar!
A vitamin rich daily hydrating cream that helps to combat all common signs of ageing like fine lines, loss of firmness, uneven skin tone, dulness and so on. It is nice and lightweight light yet feels rich and nourishing at the same time, all with the gorgeous signature rose and chamomile scent. I do love the way it feels on my skin and find that it compliments the rest of the range perfectly. Using the Renaissance Cleanser, followed by the mask, then serum then cream, shall make your skin look and feel like you have had a facial! Just a gorgeous combination and a moisturiser I am sure I would enjoy full sized.

Should you not have noticed, the cost of this entire box (£70) is still less than the Super 16 Serum alone (£85) so you practically get a discount, plus a free full sized cleanser, plus three free (bit of a tongue tangler!) deluxe sizes to sample, totalling £165!! I think that counts for an amazing skincare deal, don't you?
I was definitely most excited by the Super 16 Serum because it's one of those spends that you just deliberate over which is what makes Mintd Box so great. This box is such an incredible way of introducing you to OSKIA or to reignite your love should you want to try more from them but all in all, it's 100% worth the buy.
This box is a subscriber exclusive but should you want it and are not yet a subscriber or feel you maybe cannot commit just yet then don't fret! There is the option to buy this box as a one off from Mintd's online store for which you will pay £80 instead of £70 yet still make a huge saving on products.
