"They tried to make me go the rehab and I said ..... yes, yes, yes!" When I say 'they' I am talking about Mintd Box and they are taking us all to 'Skin' rehab this month; I am so there! I think we all know that feeling of a little too much indulgence can make you feel a tad out of sorts and whether you have had a really hot summer or a really cold winter, our skin maybe calling out for a little break and some indulgent TLC.
I love a pamper and it's something that we should all make time for because life calls for it. Treating your skin can take as little or as long as you like and Mintd Box make the task in hand so easy month after month. 1. OMOROVICZA Thermal Cleansing Balm, 50ml (Full Size £52) (buy here)
A Cleansing balm rich in Hungarian Moor Mud, Calcium, Magnesium and Fulvic Acid that all work together to purify and nourish the skin. Sweet Almond Oil and Vitamin E replenish the skin whilst Orange Blossom adds to the gorgeous scent. This Cleansing Balm removes all makeup, cleanses all skin types without stripping to leave your skin soft, hydrated and bright.
Why do colours of products immediately affect how we feel about them? It is so weird getting your head around using a black facial cleanser but this made me even more excited to try. How you use it is simple; massage a small amount on to a dry skin then use the damp mitt that comes with it (or your own) to remove. The balm is very black but as it gently warms on your skin, it loosens to become a clear oil and the orange blossom scent really makes this an experience. I love balms to cleanse my skin with in the evening as they really do nourish and get my skin ready to go to bed and I do have a few favourites that are hard to beat and this is now one more that I really have fallen for. It feels amazing on the skin and does the job exceptionally well. Each time I use this, my skin feels softer, looks brighter and feels very clean indeed. This is why I have fallen for Omorovicza as a brand in general because every product I try from them, seems to become a new favourite as has the Elemental Emulsion (here) and the Rose Lifting Serum (here). If you are looking for a new cleansing balm then this is one to add to your wish list; it isn't cheap but the cost of this alone nearly covers the cost of this entire Mintd Box so it makes sense to try this months box.

These eye masks are concentrated cooling eye patches that help reduce the appearance of lines, dark circles, bags and wake up tired eyes in just one use. That magical ingredient that we all know and love, Hyaluronic Acid, floods the skin with moisture which immediately helps to reduce any fine lines, wrinkles and dryness whilst increasing the skins elasticity and collagen and the cooling effect instantly takes down any puffiness.

A lightweight, long lasting, gel-cream moisturiser designed to keep skin soft and smooth all day. It is enriched with the brands own Echinacea GreenEnvy Honey, Royal Jelly, Propolis, Hyaluronic Acid and Cupuaçu Butter Beads, founded from the Amazon rainforest that burst as you massage the cream on to your skin to give all skin types a healthy looking complexion.
This is the first ever skincare product I have tried from Farmacy and is a brand that has been high on my wish list for some time now after having seen many of my american blogger friends rave about them! I love honey so anything that uses it usually gets my attention and this was well worth the wait as I am loving it. The packaging is so cute and I love how the spatula actually magnetises to the lid; genius idea as there is never a place for them and always end up losing them.
Honey Drop really is a very unique moisturiser. The gel-cream texture is beautiful; light enough for more oiler skins yet rich enough for drier skin - it just works for all. Within the cream itself you can actually see the tiny Cupuaçu Butter Beads that do in fact burst on your skin as you rub it in and these give your skin the most amazing glow. The cream absorbs fully into your skin where you don't feel a residue yet you feel super hydrated with this amazing visible glow. It's magic I tell you. If you have a dry, dehydrated skin - you will absolutely love this as a daily moisturiser. I definitely want to try more from Farmacy now!

Ila Bath Salts offer a rich, healing detoxification for anyone who is tired or stressed or both! Ancient Himalayan salts infuse the body with 84 essential elements and minerals, strengthening your energy and ridding you of negative ions from computers, phones etc leaving you totally cleansed, in mind and body. They have been proven to help joint pain, arthritis, sluggish circulation, puffiness, swelling and cellulite.
I have to say first off, they smell incredible; Rose Geranium, Lavender and Lemongrass, I mean it doesn't get more luxurious than this. You simply pour 1-2 tbps into a hot bath and soak for 15-20 mins to let your body absorb all those lovely minerals and let them work their magic. I have said before, I am not a bath person but it's products like this that make me run one, so when I am feeling 'in need', I do. Having tested them out, they are just heavenly and I love how they make your whole bathroom smell like a Spa! They dissolve amazingly well too so you don't feel any bits at the bottom of your bath. My skin felt super soft and I felt relaxed and energised all the same time. I spend most of my time in front of a screen so I feel I really need to make time to use these salts and take that time out as these are not just your average bath salts!

This brand is beautiful as I adore their Body Balm, thanks to the Winter Skin Mintd Box (here) as ILA SPA are the very definition of an at home spa treatment. After looking into the brand some more I read that each product is created in a mediative environment by hand in the Cotswolds using all natural ingredients with minimal processing; this I think really does come across and is a reason I find myself loving them even more. If you love baths, bath salts or you need help with health issues as above then you really do need to try these out for yourself.
It gets harder to harder to say anything other than once again, Mintd have nailed it. Skin Rehab has proven to be another successful box that has introduced me (and hopefully you too) to brands that are another new favourite. For me the Stars of this box have to be the Omorovicza Thermal Cleansing Balm and Farmacy Honey Drop Moisturiser, as both brands surprised me a lot more than I thought and I would definitely re-purchase them again. Even beauty bloggers like me that continuously try new products that are sent over from brands, never get tired of what Mintd have to offer every month, in fact it is one of the highlights for me.
