Not your average pillowcase and a beauty product all in itself. SLIP is an anti-aging, anti-crease, anti-bed head silk pillowcase. We apparently spend a third of our life asleep - by the time we are 60 we would have slept for an average of 20 years. Isn't that crazy! 20 years of bed head?! SLIP silk pillowcases are made with Slipsilk that has been developed and refined for over ten years to give the ultimate combination of shine, thickness, softness and durability. They use the highest grade (6A) long fibre Mulberry Silk that has been proven to significantly reduce friction and absorb less face creams compared to cotton pillowcases. Slipsilk is a natural fibre where as synthetic satin is rougher, thinner and 'sweats'.
As we sleep, cotton can grab and twist your hair and throughout the night this causes damage and morning bed head. High grade Silk pillowcases such as these is a lot more gentle on hair allowing a fresh blow dry to last over night. If that hasn't sold you I don't know what will! There is nothing more annoying then going to sleep with nice hair then waking up looking like you have been out in a wind storm. These pillowcases really do work! I am over the moon with it as once you have one, you won't want to swap back. In fact I need another! I have a few mulberry silk scarfs and I love the way they feel when I wear them and this feels like I am going to sleep on them and doesn't really get any more luxe than this. The fact that they are recommended by dermatologists, plastic surgeons and hairdressers says it all. If you can afford to splurge then do OR just purchase this Mintd Box because the cost of the entire box and it's contents is LESS than buying the pillowcase alone! Now that is what I call a beauty deal.

I have indeed used this before, as I was introduced to it by Mintd Box last year, so I am very happy to have it back in my bathroom. It smells seriously incredible. I am not a bath person but it is products like this that make me run one. It all comes back to the power of aromatherapy, one of the greatest things in relieving daily stress and anxiety. The weighted glass bottle makes this feel super luxurious and one of those special pamper items that you save for when is ultimately necessary, like the fact that it's a Monday perhaps 😏. Cocolux Candles are hand poured in Australia and are made from natural Coconut wax. They are 'earth friendly' meaning they are clean burning with a pure cotton wick, free from Paraffin wax, Palm oil wax, oils and Soy wax. They are then infused with the most delicious fragrance combinations and this Lily Moss and Bergamot version smells beautiful.
Candle lovers; you need to try these candles because I already own the Tonka Bean and Lime Zest version, thanks to MB once again and to have another one to add to my collection is giving me all the candle feels right now. This scent is very fresh and floral and gives the feeling of having spring cleaned your home then put fresh flowers into a vase. I love the weighty jar packaging of these candles and the fact that they have a screw top lid means you can transport them anywhere with you.

4. Omorovicza Perfecting Lip Balm (Full Size £32) (link here!)
A highly luxurious lip balm combining Shea Butter, Eucalyptus oil and Hyaluronic Spheres that gently tingles to revive and make your lips look fuller as well as nourish dry lips. Ideal as a base for lipstick or over the top to add some sheen and hydration to matte lipsticks.
In my book, you can never have enough lip balms as I have tons yet use them all. I have three sat on my desk as we speak! Being the lipstick lover and wearer that I am, dry lips are never a good thing so to have a balm that shall keep that at bay is essential. I adore the texture of this one. It is really thick and creamy and not one of those that you have to warm your finger over a good few times to get the product out. It's a really rich balm (like ByTerry Balme de Rose) that instantly makes your lips feel like silk. It does tingle a little but in a nice way and just makes your lips looks really smooth. Again not the cheapest, but all adds the fact that Mintd Box is saving you a small fortune here. This one is definitely a handbag essential!

So, a ready made pamper session awaits you! I cannot get over how much value is in this box; I mean you can't even buy the pillowcase for this amount alone?! The stars of the show this month for me have been the SLIP Pillowcase and the Cocolux Candle as they are both a recipe for making you feel good, but again I cannot fault anything I have tried here seeing as this month has seen repeats of brands that I currently use or have used so I have nothing but big love once again for these products.
