I am starting to feel a little like 'spring has sprung' with the sun shining, the tempertature increasing day by day, so I want to say 'Au revoir' to my winter neutrals and say 'Bonjour' to some summer brights!
On the fashion front, it seems to be all about the bright colours this season which I am loving as a new resolution of mine is to get a lot more colour into my wardrobe!
At the weekend I went to my regular hair and beauty salon to get my hair done and they had on counter the new OPI Holland Collection which recently launched this month. You simply could not miss it as it looked so pretty!!!!
The Holland range is described as "Inspired by the amazing range of colors offered by this country, its brightly colored tulips to windmills through its channels driven, the collection is both sophisticated and natural, and highly pigmented gloss".
This sums up the collection perfectly and I would say that there is a colour for everybody in this collection as it ranges from soft neutrals to full on brights.
I was instantly drawn to the brights as I do like very opaque bright nail colours in the Spring/Summer and rarely wear pastel shades as I have quite short nails and think my own nails get a bit lost in neutrals.
My instant favorites were Red Light Ahead, Thanks a Windmillion & Kiss Me on My Tulips! (I do love the names!) They instantly made me want to go and paint my nails and get into Spring/Summer 2012 mode!
I was very well restrained and on this occasion just purchasing one (had spent a lot at the salon already) so I chose Red Lights Ahead....Where? This is my kind of shade as it is very similar to my all time favourite, Big Hair Big Nails.

OPI have definitely made this collection appeal to everyone with a beautiful selection of colours to suit every taste. The mix is just spot on and one of my personal favourite collections by OPI so far. I cant wait to get my hands on more shades!
Go check this collection out as its one not to miss!
