A luxurious moisturiser that is rich in texture yet non-greasy and can used day and night for treating dehydrated, sensitive and red skin. With ingredients such as Dragons Blood (comforts and restores) Hyaluronic Acid (Boosts moisture) Carob Seed and Hydromanil all held in a clever delivery system which allows it to drip feed your skin with moisture throughout the whole day, keeping your skin feeling smooth, soft and hydrated. This skincare line does not actually contain any blood from any dragons in case you were wondering, but it is in fact an ingredient found by Rodial's founder Maria whilst travelling in Asia that has been used for centuries as a healing extract and works to form a second skin like film around the face to protect it against the environment.
When I saw this was included, I got excited. Rodial have been one of my favourite brands for many years and have always loved their skincare line as I have personally seen great results from using it in the past and this range is one that I have not yet tried before. When this states 'Velvet cream' it is exactly just that. It feels lovely and buttery and is actually very bouncy in the pot being a set cream, kind of like memory foam in skincare form! Even though it's a rich formulation it does not feel heavy on the skin at all. The sweet scent is gorgeous and I can't put my finger on what it reminds me of, but it's totally delicious. I have fallen in love with this one as my dehydrated skin adores it. I can see why this is so good for when your skin has gone through a climate change as my skin feels soft, plump and relieved each time I use it. You get a lot of product for your money here so I can see this one lasting a good amount of time making it well worth the price tag which makes this months Mintd Box even more of an amazing deal seeing as you only pay £65 and get 4 more products?! Now that is what you call an opportunity too good to pass up ... need I say more! If you are looking for a really good hydrating day/night moisturiser that won't feel heavy yet shall really hydrate without feeling heavy or sticky, then this is one you should surely invest in.

3. TULA Exfoliating Mask Treatment, Full Size 50ml £43 [buy here!]
A detoxifying Clay mask that exfoliates and purifies without stripping the skin and suitable for all ages and all skins. Tula is free from all nasties and cruelty free too! Lactic acid and Bentonite Clay gently peel away impurities and dirt whilst the plant based bio-degradable beads (no nasty microbeads here) release hydrating nutrients such as Jojoba and Vitamin E to help calm and soothe as well as antioxidants and Retinol (Vitamin A) to give powerful anti-aging benefits. Tula's signature probiotics are deigned to leave your skin feeling nourished.
Tula is by far a new favourite brand of mine thanks to Mintd Box and the more I try, the more I love it. I dived right into this one as I love to try new face masks and this sounded right up my street. You simply apply a thin layer all over a clean face and leave for 5/10 minutes whilst looking like a smurf, massage with a little water then rinse off. I love how blue this mask is as blue always seems to make skincare more fun, don't you think? Or is it just me! The clay does dry but not in the way that you can't move your face so it is very comfortable to wear yet may tingle a little as it did for me, but this is the acids getting to work but the other ingredients are designed to soothe as it works too. I was a little pink in some areas of my face after removal but this disappeared by time I had finished applying the rest of my skincare. It showed to me how fast acting this mask is within as little as 5 minutes. It really does work wonders as instantly my skin felt noticeably smoother and less dry. This is a superb mask for anyone wanting to even out their skin tone and texture and ultimately make it look clearer. If you haven't yet tried Tula, they are a brand I can highly recommend looking into as the Hydrating Day and Night Cream here is fantastic and seeing that I am almost out, I will need to replace as it's become a good staple.

4. ILA SPA Body Balm, Super Deluxe Size £13 / Full Size £51 [buy here!]
A unisex Body Balm that has a rich waxy, set butter texture and contains some luxuriously rich ingredients that make this a 'magic balm'. It Contains Omega 3,6 & 9 which are very anti-imflammatory, Rose Geranium to balance your mind and body, Essential fatty acids and anti-oxidants to restore suppleness and all round have a positive effect on your senses as well as conditioning hormone imbalances.
Out of all the products in this box, this is one the that I knew the least about not having heard of the brand before and I kind of left it until last to try. Having now used it, hand on my heart, this is my favourite product from the whole box. This balm is a superstar and to say that I am obsessed is an understatement. I am hooked, in love, stocking up .... simply sold on this product. Why? Because it has worked absolute wonders for my skin on my body even after one use. I am a huge body product fan as you may already know and I much prefer body butters as opposed to lotions yet there are not many balms that I have tried which I have loved and have done the job like this one. First up the Rose Geranium scent, it's delicious and lasts on the body all day. Think Emma Hardie/Elemis Cleansing Balms but for your body, heaven on your skin. The balm is hard in the pot but as soon as you warm it up in your palms, it transforms in seconds into a soothing balm that makes your skin feel instantly nourished, comforted and relieved with no more itchy dry feeling. With more intense skin conditions like psoriasis, eczema, scar tissue and severe dryness, I can see this working miracles! I really feel that I have found my winter soulmate and shall have to look to invest in the full size although this is a great size to get to know the product seeing as it is not exactly cheap, but now know it's 100% worth it. This product and brand was a total surprise to me and yet again, it's thanks to Mintd Box for bringing new brands to my, well our attention that may have been overlooked before. Hyaluronic Acid, as we all know is a very powerful anti-aging ingredient being a molecule found in the body that can hold 1000 times it's weight in water. You may remember the Potion London Beauty Formula Supplements from The Up Keep Mintd Box (here) where I first got the chance to try Potion London and got on so well with those ones as they did in fact make a real difference to the health of my skin and nails that was very noticeable to me. I even wrote in that review that I had my eye on the Hyaluronic Complex next so the Mintd Box fairy has worked her magic again! I am a supplement queen as my poor health relies on them to keep me going the best I can so I am very excited to get to trying these ones. I will indeed keep you posted on how these work for me but I do know that supplementing what our body shall naturally lose can only have a positive effect so I have high hopes! The star of the show for me is the ILA SPA Body Balm, such a fantastic product that totally impressed me more than I ever thought it would. I am actually running out of ways to say how good Mintd Box is as a company because I say the same month after month and don't want to sound boring and repetitive but anyone can see just how well they bring the latest and newest brands and products to us that soon become must haves to many skincare regimes.
